It’s nice to see you in the Community, dentcentre93.

We can run the Transaction Detail by Account to see all categories mentioned above. Then, sort it by Account to easily view each category. This process is a breeze, and I’m here to help you.

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel to enter Transaction Detail by Account in the search field.
  2. Set the correct date range from the Report period drop-down.
  3. Click the Customize button in the upper left to tailor the data.
  4. Tap the Rows/Columns link and pick Account from the Group by drop-down.
  5. Hit the Filter link and select the entries you want to see on the report. For example, bill, bill payment, check, etc.
  6. Choose from the list if you want to add other items.
  7. Press the Run Report button.trn by acct.png

I’m adding links that provide more insights about the process as well as steps to save the current customization settings on a report.
