I need to speak with a person about renewing subscription as I'm not able to do this on line

and the red ! saying renew subscription is on the home page.

 If you need to talk to our support team, you can follow the steps below.

 

 Here’s how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Desktop. 
  2. Go to the Help tab.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  4. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link.
  5. Then, select any topics.
  6. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Get Phone Number button.

 

Before doing so, please review our support hours to ensure your issue gets addressed right away.

 

 Also, informed them about your subscription status.
