Updating your QuickBooks Desktop allows you to see all the support options including Call Me Back and Messaging.
 
Here's how to connect to or support team:
  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop, go to Help then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click on Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
  4. From the support options provided, select which one is best for you.
Please check our support hours and types, then contact us at your most convenient time.

Do you have any specific issue? Make sure you are migrating from any supporting QBD version (i.e 2018-2020) and Total Targets < 350K.

I can't open my Quickbooks. it is telling me that my subscription is expired. The card on file is expired and I'm trying to fix this but can't get anyone to help me.

Hi there, Nikkiautin.

 

I'll be glad to help you resolve an issue about expired subscriptions.

 

You'll have access to your account on a read-only view even if the subscription expires. You have a year for paid subscriptions and 90 days for free trials. There might issue with the browser that prevents you from logging in. 

 

To rule this out, you can sign in to your account using private/new incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

Then, you can clear the cache to get rid of the stored internet files. Also, you can use a different browser to further isolate the issue.

 

Another option is to access via the Customer Management Portal Site (CAMPS) site.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Open your web browser and visit http://camps.intuit.com/.

2. Sign in to your QuickBooks account and choose the Product section.

3. Open Product Details and select Billing Information.

4. Click Edit and enter the most recent billing information.

5. Hit Save and Continue.

Before I give the steps on how to connect with our live agent, can you help me verify your product you're using? This way, I can provide you the proper steps in connecting with our live agents.

 

I can also share with you the steps on how to manually update your payroll details so you can immediately renew your subscription.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll, just follow these instructions to update your billing info:

 

  1. Sign in as the primary admin or company admin user. For your security, only these users can update billing info.
  2. Go to Settings, then select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, choose Billing Subscription.
  4. Click Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

I can give you a few easy steps on how to re-subscribe your QuickBooks subscription without calling our support. Let me show you how. 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company as admin.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then choose Account and Settings
  3. Select Billing & Subscription and hit the Resubscribe button. 

      

      4. Enter the updated billing information and hit Subscribe.

      5. Log out, then log in again.

       6. Go back to the Billing & Subscription page, then review the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact our specialist to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
