I need to talk w someone who at explaining ins and outs of following: My boss sent me invite as Admin in his QBO w my company email and as Acct to my QBOA email, issues?

Since you’re both an Admin and an Accountant of your boss’ company file, let me share the things you can do on the account.


Company Admins are able to perform anything except changing or removing the Master Admin’s access. This also applies to accountants since they have the same level of rights.

  1. Click the Help menu at the top.
  2. On the pop-up, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern on the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Hit Let’s talk.
  5. Scroll down and click either Start messaging or Get a callback.
