Hello Ferry. Your application will remain Pending or In Review until Intuit’s underwriting team finishes verifying your business identity. Although you received an automated KYC (Know Your Customer) request via email, specific requirements are often hidden within your secure portal for security purposes.
To locate the requirements needed to use QuickBooks Checking, check your Tasks or To-Do List. Log in to QuickBooks Online via a web browser, and look at your Dashboard or Home page for a task card that says Action Required or Finish setting up your account.
We also recommend going to the Banking tab and selecting QuickBooks Checking. If there is a hold, you may see a small arrow or alert icon next to the status. Clicking this often reveals a Case Number or a specific message from the review team.
