Allow me to help you and ensure you’ll be able to see the QuickBooks icon on your screen.
There’s a possibility your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app is deleted from your mobile phone. To verify this, you’ll want to visit the Google play store or the App store base on your mobile operating system.
From there, type in and search for QBSE mobile app. If you’re able to see the Install button from the Play Store or App Store, then this means the app is deleted. You’ll want to install the app again and ensure your mobile phone meets the system requirements.
If you see the option to uninstall the app, then it means the application is still installed from your phone. What we can do is to search for the app and copy or move it to your home screen. Here’s how in your device Settings:
For Android:
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select Apps (varies by device).
- Then search the QuickBooks app from the list and copy it to your home screen.
For iOS:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Select Setting General iPhone Storage
- Then search the QuickBooks app from the list and copy it to your home screen.
