I no longer see most of my information in my quickbooks online app. All was working fine until about 3 weeks ago. Anyone have any suggestions?

We need to make sure that the mobile app is updated to its latest version. With that, we can refresh your mobile app to see the latest available information in your QuickBooks Online. To begin, please make sure your internet connection is stable.

 

For the iOS version, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Once you get a prompt message saying, “Caution if there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes”. 
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For the Android version:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please refer to this article for the steps: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

Also, know that the QuickBooks Online app is always in sync with the QBO browser. As well as the current operating system for the Android operating system is 4.1 and more. Then, the iOS is 9.3 and above.
