Reinstating your QuickBooks subscription is my priority, @jpmongey-optonli.

 

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can reinstate your subscription using CAMPS. This is a QuickBooks Customer Account Management Portal Site that lets you manage your subscription. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to CAMPS using your Intuit credentials.
  2. Click the Notification (bell) icon.
  3. Choose the suspended/canceled subscription from the list.
  4. Enter or make sure the payment information is updated.
  5. Click Save and Continue
  6. Review the information and if everything looks good, click Reactivate

Also, you can get in touch with our Phone Support Team. This way, they can help reinstate the subscription for you. Here's how to reach them out:

 

  1. Open your QBDT account, then go to the Help menu and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Let's talk.
  4. Then choose your preferred way to connect with them.
