You can use our QuickBooks Desktop trial version, @cindydfrommer-gm.
Just click this link to download it: QuickBooks Desktop trial version. Once finished, you'll need to export your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Since you've mentioned you're unable to see the Export option, you can log in to your account using a private window. This is to rule out the possibility of a browser-related issue due to a full cache. Below are the shortcut keys you can use to access one:
Then, access the said option again by clicking the Gear icon ⚙️ at the top, and then refer to the Tools section.
If it works, clear your browser's cache to remove the piled up files that cause unusual QuickBooks Online behavior. If the issue persists, please use another supported browser instead.
When you're ready, you can begin exporting your QBO data to the QBDT trial version that you've just downloaded. Here's how:
After that, you'll receive an email with the steps to complete the export conversion. Please see Steps 1 and 2 of this article to ensure the smooth export process of your data. Then, follow steps 4 to 5, and you're good to go. For more info, please check out this resource: Export QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.
Once successful, you can move on to the final step of importing your data to TurboTax. Please refer to this article for the detailed instructions: Import QuickBooks data into TurboTax Business.
Alternatively, you can use third-party conversion tools to help you with the process. One of our Community backers, @Fiat Lux - ASIA may have a valuable suggestion about this.
Also, you can personalize QBO to work the way you want it to. Just modify some preferences on the Account and Settings page. For more info, please review this article: Edit company settings.

Have you try opening your account on incognito/private browser?
Yes I did try that and still did not see Export data under tools, all the other options were there but not Export.
