Click QuickBooks Desktop or click the Details link beside it.
The status of the license is in the upper-right hand corner of the page.
If the notification is something to do with your payroll subscription. Download a payroll update for QuickBooks to recognize that it has already renewed. Here's how:
Go to theEmployeesmenu and selectGet Payroll Updates.
ClickDownload Latest Update.
Then, go back to the Home page or Payroll Center to check if the notification is no longer there.
If you're still getting the message, please contact our Customer Service Department for QuickBooks Desktop. They'll be asking for your account details to verify the status of your license and also check why you're getting that message.

Go the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Click Contact Us.
Let them know that you're having issues with your QuickBooks License.
Click Continue, then select if you want to schedule a callback or reach out to one of our chat support agents.
