I run an open invoice list report and not all the addresses are exporting to report. I have verified that they are in the customer database. Please help.
I appreciate your effort in verifying your customer's data, @jhagerma23. Since the customer's address is in the customer's profile, be sure to include it in the transaction as well.
Once done, you can check your Open Invoice report to see if that works.
The cache on your browser can sometimes cause issues in QuickBooks. To verify if this is the reason why some of your data isn't showing, you can perform these steps.
To start, I recommend using the QuickBooks Online test drive in other browsers, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. This way, you can check whether this has something to do with your browser. If all the data is complete, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
