If reviews are not being posted, we notify the reviewer by email (usually within 7-15 days). If you happen to receive one, you may resubmit the review with the necessary changes.

I absolutely need to know if the review of Pam Bingham was rejected. She should be removed from your pro-advisor program immediately. She was supposed to get my quickbooks in order. We agree to $1000 for the clean up work, then $250 for ongoing maintenance. After cashing my $1000 check, she did about 90 minutes of work on my account according to the work done on the site, then left me hanging for two month, never responding to probably 50 increasingly-upset emails, phone calls and text messages. No explanation, nothing. I didn't know if she was dead, on drugs, a scam artist, having a nervous breakdown, etc. After I fired her and demanded a refund, she had the gall to send me an invoice for $1025, with $25 still due, at hourly rate of $175! No other explanation. For doing nothing! I have since hired and paid another bookkeeper. She's $35 an hour and amazing. Another reviewer had the same experience with Pam. I think the positive reviews are fakes. She is truly evil. This was a great strain on my business and my life. She is a horrible person and a thief. I've never been treated so poorly by a service provided. And she has apparently done this to at least one other Quickbooks customer.

The link you give me above is for desktop version support only. I have qbonline. If the concern is with my proadvisor review not being posted, what is the best number to call for support on this important issue for me?
You also mention that if my review is rejected, you will notify me. I have not received any notification of my review being rejected, or why it was rejected. Please provide me specific details about what I am to do in terms of a specific phone number or department to call, or how i need to specifically modify my review.
This is very important to me. A pro-advisor of yours is stealing people's money and you are still recommending them.

I'd make sure you'll be able to reach our Support Team. Kindly go the ProAdvisor Support website. Just click the QuickBooks Contact Us link and choose QuickBooks Online.
Sign in using your QuickBooks Online login credential and you'll be routed to the Welcome to QuickBooks Help page. Kindly click the Contact Us button, enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we you with? field and click Let's talk. Just choose the options in reaching our support team.
They can help you further in resolving your concern with your reviews to one of our ProAdvisor that is not posted.
