I tried square app. It didn't load all my sales transactions correctly. I disconnect the app but sales transactions are still on my account. How can I delete them all ?

Integrating third-party application makes our business managing experience easier. However, there are time at it doesn't as we expected.

 

The transactions synced in QuickBooks Online depends on what data shared by Square. I'd recommend reaching out to Square's support team about the transactions that didn't sync in QBO. They'll be able to get this to work on their end.

 

Meanwhile, transactions that synced in QuickBooks are not deleted automatically after you disconnect the Square. We'll need to go to your register and delete them one at a time.

  1. Click Accounting on the left menu and go to the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Select the account and click View register.
  3. Select the transaction and click Delete.
  4. Select Yes to confirm the action.
