Hi there, @michellep3.

Let me help you with logging in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since the old number isn't accessible, they can log in to their QBO account using an email address instead. After signing in, review the updated phone number in Intuit Account Manager.

Here's how:

1. Go to Profile on the top right corner of your screen.

2. Click Manage your Intuit Account.

3. Navigate to Sign in & security and review the phone number.

If they also don't have access using an email address, use our account recovery form to send a photo of one of the following documents:

  • Driver’s license
  • State ID
  • Passport
  • Notarized document

For additional information, refer to this link: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
