I updated my account like they asked, "Update your payments account" and now i cant process cc's or access stored cc info, any suggestions?

I appreciate the time you've given checking this with the Community. I want to make sure you're able to use your Payments service without any interruptions, to get back to your working track.

 

When you change your deposit account, this change takes effect immediately or the next day, depending upon what time of day you activate the new account. As much as I'd love to help review your account update for QuickBooks Payments. I'm unable to pull up your information here in the Community space. For security purposes, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team.


Checking your Payments business information requires pulling up your account, and ensuring that it is updated successfully. This way we can ensure you get paid on time. Here's how to contact us: Contact QuickBooks Payments

 

Our Merchant Support Team are available from Mondays to Fridays from 5 AM to 7 PM PT, and 6 AM to 4 PM PT on Saturdays.
