I’ve just gotten Sintra Ai. I’m trying to connect QuickBooks but it states my current subscription plan doesn’t allow it but I have all the features. Any idea why?

To begin with, could you please tell me where you are trying to connect the Sintra Ai? Is it through the Sintra Ai or QuickBooks Solopreneur? Also, where is the prompt message coming from? This information will help us better understand the situation and guide you accordingly.

Please note that QuickBooks Solopreneur doesn’t have an option to connect with Sintra Ai.

As I know, this app doesn't support QB SP and QBO Simple Start. You'll need QBO Essentials or higher.
