Hello there, Buis.
To successfully connect your debit card, you can use the Manage Connections feature, especially since your credit card from the same bank is already connected.
Before we proceed, did you encounter an error message when trying to connect your Debit Card account? If so, could you share more details? May I know the name of the bank you are trying to connect to? This information will help us better understand why your debit card isn't connecting and allow us to provide the best solution for you.
Here's how you can confirm and set up the connection for your debit card:
- In the Bank transactions page, click the Link Account dropdown.
- Select the Manage Connections.
- On the Your linked Accounts page, locate your bank's name and check the list of accounts:
- If your debit card account is listed but not connected, turn it on (enable the account).
- If it's not listed, you'll need to link it directly.
4. To link it directly:
- Select your bank from the list or copy your bank's login URL and paste it into QBO.
- Enter your online banking credentials, then follow the prompts to link your debit card account.
