I’ve never used the app, and my bank account is being charged every month. I can’t manage to cancel the account and I’ve tried all of the options listed on the website.

I've got you covered. I can help you get the support you need to see why you're being charged each month. 

 

The reason why you're being charged a particular amount each month is because of a subscription. Here are the account types and pricing for QuickBooks Self-Employed: 

 

Note: The prices may vary depending on if you currently have a discount applied to the amount. 

 

  • Self-Employed: $15
  • Self-Employed Tax Bundle: $25
  • Self-Employed Live Tax Bundle: $35

 

 

To see more details, check out the plans and pricing page for QuickBooks Self-Employed. In addition, you can use our Charge Look Up tool to see what the amount is for. All you need to do is go through the link provided and enter all the required information. Once you're done, click the Look up charge option. 

 

If you don't receive any information, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have additional tools to help look further into your account to help resolve this problem. Just tap the Assistant message icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen, and give a brief description of the problem. Afterward, you can request to get a callback.
