I want to add a New User to Time Tracking. The user is a contractor. The system knows him. After filling the form in and adding him, nothing happens.

I select the correct proposed user, he is categorized as a vendor, I fill the form in and hit save over and over.  Nothing.

I have an employee who I have successfully added to time tracking, so I know it can be done.

This looks to me as a browser-related issue, MFuller.

Since you were able to successfully add the employee, then that means it worked as it's supposed to. You can try to add the contractor to Time Tracking using a private window.

If you're able to save his access there, please proceed with clearing the browser's cache. This is to delete all of the saved files which came from other sites you've visited before. These files can cause odd behaviors in QBO and other open programs on your browser.

You can also use another browser to create a user profile for the contractor. Just choose from Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox to do the task.

I'm always here if you have more questions about adding users in QBO. Thanks for dropping by.
