i want to be able to see my quickbooks but i dont want renew my account

Hi there, Jsrosenbloom.

I understand how you’d like to access your QuickBooks data but don’t want to renew your account. I’d be glad to clarify how this works.

After canceling your QuickBooks subscription, you'll still have read-only access to your data for up to one year. This allows you to view and export your information if needed during that time. However, after the one-year period ends, you would need to resubscribe in order to regain access to your account and data.

I recommend saving or exporting any essential reports and information during the read-only access period to ensure that you have what you need.

If you have further questions or need help with accessing your account, feel free to reach out to us again. We’re here to help.

@jsrosenbloom

Renew your QBO account for only one month, convert your data to QB Desktop and you can use the trial version to access your historical data for good.
