If your account is less than 60 days, you can purge your company and delete your data. Purging a company file will not affect the other data.

If you want to delete your data in QuickBooks Online, I suggest contacting our customer support to open your account securely.
Here’s how to reach them:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Help Icon and click Contact Us.
- Type in your concern and click Let's talk.
- Then choose the Start a messaging option as a way to connect.
- Fill in all the details needed.
