Before we start, I'd recommend printing your forms and reports for future use. Once everything is all set, here are the steps:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Account and Settings.
Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
Click Continue to Cancel.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Select Submit and cancel subscription.
Click Got it.
Once done, you'll receive an email confirmation about the cancellation of your QuickBooks Online subscription.
