I want to cancel my subscription now. This isn’t working at all for me.

Good day, terrylee_54-hotm.

 

We're sorry to see you go. You'll want to downgrade your subscription instead of canceling it. 

 

Also, I'd like to know which feature or part of QuickBooks Online is not working for your business. That way, I can show you workarounds, offer other options, or get it to work.

 

These are the steps if you really want to cancel it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. From the Billing and subscription tab, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  3. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  4. Click Submit and cancel subscription, then select Got it.
