I want to cancel my subscrirption, but can't since the link under Billing & Subscription is BROKEN (Cancel Subscription). I don't need the instructions, just cancel it.

I want to cancel my subscrirption, but can't since the link under Billing & Subscription is BROKEN (Cancel Subscription). I don't need the instructions, just cancel it.

You can always cancel your subscription on your own within the program, alfonsorodriguez.

 

If the Cancel Subscription option doesn't work, we can do a few troubleshooting steps. Though, cache boosts the browser's background processes, it can also cause issues in QuickBooks Online when piled up.

Here's how to get rid of any cache related issues:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can cancel your subscription successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers as alternative. Each of them uses different cache.

Aside from cancelling the subscription on your own, you can also contact our Customer Care Team. They can do this on your behalf. Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the cancellation details and select Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them (phone or chat).
  4. Provide the necessary information to complete the request.
