I want to cancel my subscrition

I'm sad to hear that you'd like to cancel your account, @hpaige2.

 

If you cancel your account, you have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year after you cancel your subscription. Make it sure to export or print your data before you cancel.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel.
  5. Follow the next steps provided on the screen.
  6. Pick Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got-it.
