I want to cancel the service

It saddens me to see you go. To cancel the service in QuickBooks, you can follow these steps using a web browser:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ beside the help icon.
  3. Select Billing Info, then Cancel subscription.

 

If you're using your mobile when you purchase QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can refer to this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

 

Also, you can contact our QuickBooks Self-Employed Care Support team to cancel the service.
