It saddens me to see you go. To cancel the service in QuickBooks, you can follow these steps using a web browser:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Go to Settings ⚙ beside the help icon.
- Select Billing Info, then Cancel subscription.

Also, you can contact our QuickBooks Self-Employed Care Support team to cancel the service.
