You can try the Audit Log.

Go to Settings (Gear icon)

Under Tool, click on Audit Log

Select User, date and Events to help narrow the search.

Hello there, @9130354662253796.

I'd be pleased to help you out! You can customize the General Ledger report to show transactions' debit, credit, and account numbers. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports, then enter General Ledger in the Find report by the name field.
  2. Choose General Ledger report and select Customize.
  3. Select Rows/Columns then Change Columns.
  4. Click the Credit and Debit checkboxes to add the columns.
  5. You may also want to check the current reconciliation status for each transaction, choose the Clr checkbox.
  6. Choose Filter then select Distribution Account.
  7. Choose an account from the dropdown menu then click Run Report.

You can visit this link to know how to find transactions in your account registers so you can review or edit them: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any further concerns about your reports, feel free to post them here. Stay safe!
