Hi there, @hanulusallc.
There are two distinct steps to achieve this, as canceling a subscription alone doesn't immediately delete your data. It actually places it in a "read-only" state for one year.
To achieve immediate and permanent deletion, you must perform a Data Deletion Request. Since Intuit's standard policy is to hold data for one year after cancellation, you must use the Intuit Account Manager to bypass this wait period and request permanent deletion. Here's how:
1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
2. Select the Data & privacy tab on the left-hand menu.

3. Find the section for Delete and select Make a delete request.

4.Select QuickBooks Online from the list of products.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm you want to delete all data.
Please note that once submitted, you have a 72-hour window to cancel this request. After that, the process is finalized and can take up to 45 days to fully purge from all Intuit servers.
After initiating the data deletion, you must formally cancel the billing status to ensure you're no longer billed. Here's how:
1. In QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.

2. Locate your plan and select Cancel.

3. Click Continue to cancel to confirm.

You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. Please keep this for your records.
If you have any other questions regarding this process, please feel free to reach back out.
