To proceed with the upgrade, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company administrator.
2. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and Billing.
   
3. Ensure that your payment information is up to date.
4. In the QuickBooks Online section, click on Upgrade your plan.
   
5. Review the available plans and select Choose Plan.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your plan upgrade.

Furthermore, you can check the usage limits, such as the number of accounts or users you can have at one time in QuickBooks.
