@qgenesist  2009 is quite far from a supported version, so I don't think this is going to work out for you.

If you still want to try, go for the sales number above or one of the other phone numbers on this website. If nothing else, they can direct you to where you need to go or tell you it's no good.

QuickBooks Pro 2009 is a discontinued version of our software, making online registration challenging. The countdown will disappear once you complete the registration. You may want to visit this reference to assist you with any errors during the process: Activation, license, and product number issues.

Your version is too old and their server will block any reactivation attempts. Consider to upgrade to a newer version with a non subscription license (i.e 2016 or later).
