Ok, I had no warning that I was about to be billed or I would have stopped it then. A courtesy email, like most everyone else sends out, would have avoided this, I just happened to check my credit card account.

Also, to verify the charge, I recommend contacting our Support team. They have the tools to check the charge status, especially if you already downgrade your subscription.

Aside from the email notification, you can also confirm the next charge date in the Account and Settings. From there, you can see the tiles of the services you've subscribed to, update the plan, and view your payment history.
