Each type of user has a limitation to features in QuickBooks Online. It seems that you have access to the account already. What needs to be done is for the Master Admin to change what you can do and see on the account.
Ask some help from the Master Admin, or the CEO, to perform these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage users.
- Find your name and select Edit in the Action column.
- In the window that appears, choose the desired User type.
- When you’re finished, select Save.
