Let’s recover your proposal that was created before QBO prompted you to log back in.
In QBO, you can check the Audit Log to make sure that the proposal/estimate was saved successfully. The Audit Log serves as an audit trail that lets you see who made the changes and exactly what changes were made in QBO.
Here’s how to view the Audit Log:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Audit Log under Tools section.
- From the Filter drop-down, choose the appropriate User, Date and Events filter.
- Choose Apply.
I’ve added the first two screenshots below to guide you through the steps.
Once you’ve verified the saved proposal in QBO, it should appear in your customer Transaction List (see EstimateAppearsinTransactionList.PNG below).
If you’ve checked that there’s no proposal added in the Audit Log, you’ll have to re-create it in QBO.
