I was with a free trial i would like to subscribe

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Yes, I can help you subscribe to your QuickBooks Online account. It only takes a few easy steps, so just follow below. 

1. Open QuickBooks. 
2. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner. 
3. Under the "Your Company" portion, select Account and Settings. 
4. Click on the Billing and Subscription tab. 
5. In the QuickBooks section, hit Subscribe. 
6. From there, you'll be required to fill out your payment information.
