I recommend checking your file for any data integrity issues that could cause no data to show on your report by running a Rebuild and Verify. A Rebuild and Verify will identify the most commonly know data issues within the company file and correct them. I've included the steps to run these utilities below.
Go to the File menu, then hover over Utilities and choose Rebuild Data.
On the QuickBooks Information window, hit OK. Follow the onscreen steps to save a backup.
Let the tool repair your file. Remember, this can take some time. QuickBooks may seem stuck, but as long as you can move your mouse, the tool is working.
When the Rebuild finishes, click OK.
Go to the File menu again. Then tap on Utilities and select Verify Data.
Let the tool check your file for data issues.
If QuickBooks doesn't find any problems, hit OK. Then recheck your report to see if the data is there.
