my account is a one month free trial and is expired . I am not able to go to the account now . I am charged for a full year subscription and all supporters
recommend to sign in to the account and in settings I can cancel the subscription. But nobody helps me

Since you're having trouble cancelling your accounts, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up each account in a secure environment and help you cancel them.
