I would like to cancel my account

Hello, @ellefson-ce-gmai.

 

You can manage your subscription within your QuickBooks account. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online.
  5. Select Continue to cancel.
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Hit Got it.

Once completed, you'd received an email notification that contains your account's cancellation details.

Hi

my account is a one month free trial and is expired . I am not able to go to the account now . I am charged for a full year subscription and all supporters 

recommend to sign in to the account and in settings I can cancel the subscription. But nobody helps me

Since you're having trouble cancelling your accounts, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up each account in a secure environment and help you cancel them.
 

They can be reached while you're signed in.
 

Here's how:

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.


Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
