I would like to resubscribe QB online just for 1 month and then unsubscribe. will I still be able to access the data (in read only) for next 12 months?

Yes, you can still log in and view your data after canceling your QBO subscription. QuickBooks stores your data for one year from the date of cancellation. Please take note that you can only view the data, so it would be best to export or print them before canceling your account. 

Once you resubscribe within a year, you can still get and see the same information. Otherwise, the data will no longer be available. You can use these articles when exporting data in QuickBooks and print reports:

• Print a journal entry report.
