If i cancel my QBO can i still use it for a period of time

When you cancel you get 365 days of read -reports only access once tge subscription ends. You cannot view details of transactions or edit anything. You do get 30 days. I believe, before this kicks in - similar to if you missed a payment or if billing was transferred from your accountant user account to you.

If i cancel my QBO can i still use it for a period of time

Hi there, dany2.

Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm happy to help you out this morning. If you should decide to cancel your subscription, you wont have access to use the QuickBooks product for normal functionality purposes, however, we do hang on to your data for up to a pear after the cancellation. You can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back and it's recommended that you print any forms or reports you might need in the future prior to canceling. The steps to cancel your account are as follows:

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Once you're done, we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we canceled your subscription.

If your account is suspended, you need to resubscribe before you can cancel. Or, we’ll cancel your subscription after three failed attempts to charge your payment method.

For additional information on data availability, and how to export data when cancelling your subscription you can check out this link: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?
