Yes, you can still access your existing data in QuickBooks Online after you cancel your subscription, Coreyovending.
If you end your subscription with us around April, you will have a read-only access for a year after the moment you successfully cancel it. Also, your data necessary for your next year's tax filing will still be available at that period. if you want to make any changes of your existing data, you can reactivate your subscription. This will reinstate your account, and allows you to add, edit, or delete transactions.
Just a reminder, make sure you reactive your subscription within a year from the day of cancellation. Otherwise, your data will be removed from the servers to open up more space for new subscribers.
