Hi, accounting395.

Glad to have you in the QuickBooks Community. It's possible that your updated subscription hasn't been connected to your QuickBooks program but its an easy fix. Let me show you how:

  1. Select the Help menu on the top right.
  2. Click Manage my license.
  3. Select Sync License Data Online.
  4. Select OK.

Now you're program will be synced with the information we have in our system. The reactivate subscription banner will disappear. I've also included a picture showing where the sync license data option is below. If you have any questions please let me know by replying below. Have a great day!

You can reactivate your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll service with these steps, accounting395.

  1. In QuickBooks, go to Employees, then select My Payroll Service, and Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Account.
  3. In the Service Information section, select the Reactivate link next to your service status.
  4. Select your payroll service, then select Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Select a Payment Method, you can update or add your payment information. Then select Submit.
  6. Select Place Order.
  7. Select Next and then Return to QuickBooks.
  8. Verify that your service is active by signing back in, and selecting Employees, then My Payroll Service. Then select Account/Billing Information and check the Service Status.

For more details about activating payroll, see the Activate QuickBooks Desktop Payroll article.

Then, update your payroll tax table to ensure payroll taxes will calculate on your paychecks.

In addition, you can also check the status of your account in CAMPS: What is CAMPs and how do I use it?
