I'll make sure that you can print your bank reconciliation report, carolrwhite.

If you're currently using QuickBooks Online Windows & Mac Desktop app, we have an open investigation about this issue. I recommend giving us a quick call so that we can directly add your contact information to our notification list. We'll be sending you an email once we get this sorted out and I will also let you know by keeping this thread updated. You can follow the steps below to connect with us:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Unable to print reconciliation report" in the description.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Please check out our support hours and contact us at a time convenient to you.

In the meantime, we can access your QuickBooks account through a web browser then print the report from there. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open a browser.
  2. Log into QuickBooks.
  3. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  4. Enter "Reconciliation Reports" in the search bar.
  5. Select an account and set the reporting period.
  6. Click the View report link.
  7. Hit the Print Icon, then select Print.

If you're already using QBO in the web browser, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to fix it. Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account using a private window. This way, we'll be able to point out if it's a browser-related issue since this mode doesn't save cache and cookies.

Check out these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome (CTRL+SHIFT+N
  • Mozilla Firefox (CTRL+SHIFT+P)
  • Microsoft Edge (CTRL+SHIFT+P)
  • Safari (⌘+SHIFT+N)

Then, let's try to print the report again. If it's working well, we need to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to free up storage space and enhance your browsing experience.

If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers so that you can get back to work. The one you're currently working on may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks. We'll also have to make sure that we're using the latest version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

I've included an article that will help you in personalizing and adding the details that matter the most to your business in your reports: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know how it goes in the comment section, as I want to ensure that you can successfully print your report.
