Let's perform some troubleshooting steps by resetting the password of your Intuit account. Just make sure the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) uses the email address you registered your product with. I'll guide you how.
Once you're logged in, you can now change your QuickBooks Desktop payment method.

How can I get my card unlocked. My stimulus and my taxes both are going on there Monday. If you're updating the existing employee with their new bank information, you can update them on the same page where you set it up. Just a heads up, you'll need to edit the bank account info before you create a paycheck for the employee. Paychecks you create before you update the employee's account will be deposited to the old bank account. To avoid this, you can delete and recreate the paychecks before sending them.
