While we're waiting for a resolution, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. An agent will add you to the list of affected users and will help you with subscribing to the QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Here's how:
- Click Help inside QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Enter "Talk to a human" twice in the Type something field.
- Click I still need a human.
- Select either Message an agent or Callback.
