Import Sales Invoices Error for Quickbooks Online (QBO)

I appreciate making QuickBooks as your partner in business. As for now, importing invoice with sales tax is not available in QuickBooks Online, that is why you keep getting the error message. You can use a third-party application that supports importing invoices with sales tax. 

However, if you wanted to import an invoice without sales tax, you need to turn off the automated sales tax so you’ll be able to import your invoices without having an error. 

Here’s how.

1. Go to Taxes.
2. Select Sales Tax Settings.
3. Click Turn off sales tax.
