Impossible to cancel subscription and delete account

Hi,

 

I've been trying to cancel my netherlands based quickbooks online account on my own for about 30 minutes now.

I can't use this link, it doesn't load anything: https://c34.qbo.intuit.com/app/changeplan

 

On my account page I see this (also in screenshot):

QuickBooks Simple Start Upgrade 

Free until 01/19/2019

Free through 01/19/2019

 

I can't see if I've entered any details already and I'd like not to be charged. I would really just like to delete my account altogether!

I have none of the options presented, only the text that I pasted above. My account is a Netherlands based account. Does anyone have any suggestions??

I appreciate you doing those steps before reaching out to us, tryingtocancel.

 

The Cancel trial link is unavailable due to our new billing system. Your account will be automatically canceled if you didn't enter any credit card information. 

 

Though, you can always get in touch with our support to cancel your subscription right away. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose a topic on the Contact Us page, then click on the Send Email button.
