In my 2019 tax info summary, it says "Missing Vehicle Info." I keep trying to input the information and trying to save it, but it won't let me. Not sure what's wrong.

I've checked our records, Aureenalmario. I haven't seen any cases the same as yours.

You might be experiencing a browser hiccup. Once a website overloads, it causes unexpected results. We have a few steps to fix it.

Let's start with opening QuickBooks Self-Employed through a private browser. This helps us identify if this is a web issue. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you've successfully entered the vehicle information, go back to your regular browser, then clear the cache. Too much of it causes the program to behave differently. Thus, we require our users to clear them out.

In addition, you can also use a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Let me share the article on how to manage taxes and forms with QuickBooks Self-Employed FAQ as future reference.

You can keep in touch after trying the steps. We're right here to help you.

I am having the same issue with my 2020 taxes. I tried what you suggested and it does not work.

It would be best to contact our Support team. That way, they can use more tools to check this further.

By the way, if you need references in the future, you can visit the main QuickBooks support page. Then, choose the QuickBooks Self-Employed product and click + More topics to expand the list.
