You are in the right place. Let me guide you on how to know who's the Admin user is on the software, userasadhwani.

The QuickBooks administrator is the person who sets up the company file and assigns passwords and access privileges to other users. The QuickBooks administrator has unlimited access to all areas of QuickBooks. If you have an administrator set up, it appears in the User List as either Admin or User Name (Admin). To view the Admin user, just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Company on the top menu.
  2. Choose Set Up Users and Passwords.
  3. Select Set Up Users.
  4. Select View User. From there you'll see the User Name (Admin).

Take a look at this article to know more about this process: QuickBooks Desktop Users and Restrictions. If you're using QuickBooks Enterprise, you can refer to this link in adding users and restrictions: Create and manage roles.

Visit our User management page for more insights about adding and managing your Intuit product users.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Feel free to reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Have a great weekend.
