Join nowI had Quickbooks Desktop. The sales rep set me up with Quickbooks Online but he used a different email address when he created the account so I was unable to merge my Desktop. I was finally able to merge my information but only if I used the email address on my Desktop version. I've determined now that I have two company IDs, one he set up and the one I have with all my merged data. I've emailed my rep several times with no replies, I tried chat support, they gave me a phone number but it's an automated system so that was no help. My hope is that they can simply switch the company information I paid for over to the account I am using, otherwise I have to start from scratch on the other company ID and somehow copy all the data I've entered.
Any suggestions? Anybody have a trick to speak with a human that can help?

I'm here to help share a little more information about linking your account information to QuickBooks Online.
If you're using QuickBooks Desktop and signed up for QuickBooks Online using the same Intuit account, you'll receive an email notification on how to link them.
With that being said, you'll be suggested to move the company file within 60 days after signing up in QBO. You can check out this link to see the detailed steps: Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online.
