Which password are we trying to reset, is it for the company login or direct deposit (PIN)?
If you’re referring to the login credentials, there are several ways on how we can reset your password. We can access your account through CAMPS to get the full details on what needs to be entered in resetting the password.
Here’s how to reset your password within QuickBooks:
Once the information entered is correct, we send a code to the primary email. Please follow the onscreen instructions when creating a new admin password. Another way is using the Automated Password Reset tool. It also helps us access your company file.

What if it does not recognize your License number??????? Tried to call....nope....tried to chat..... nope! created two new accounts, never created a password for either but can not get into either of them now

I want this to be taken care of with the right support. I encourage you to reach us back through our chat or phone support team to verify the license purchased since we're unable to verify your information to this public forum.
Also, may I know if the QuickBooks Desktop that you've bought came from our website? If so, we can verify it seamlessly with all the information registered to the license. That said, the details or the information that you use is a great way to verify the account and open it.
