At this time, we haven't received any reported issues with the mapping exceptopn error when sending the TX New Hire Reporting form in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's could be that a webpage issue is preventing you from sending the form. We'd usually begin with accessing your account through an incognito window. I'll guide you how.
To open an incognito window in all supported browsers, refer to these shortcut keys:
Once logged in, try sending the form. Then, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache if it works.
